Because we don’t look for people to purchase
properties (we buy the property from you), we can work to any time scale we choose - and we choose yours!
Once we make an offer on your property, it’s entirely up to you
how quickly you want to proceed. We can act that day, or leave you
to think about the offer and call us when you’re ready.
Any offers are valid for 28 days and are subject to survey and
contract. Beyond that, we can simply revisit your case and make you
a new offer. And of course there is no obligation and no fees to pay
at any time.
Move out dates to suit
If your completion date doesn't match the date you'd like to move out (or if you don't know the exact date), we can arrange a very short term giving our clients continued security and enough flexibility to comply with any reasonable schedule. e.g. Perhaps you want to accept our offer straight away (for peace of mind or in case the market drops) but other plans aren't settled yet so you don't know when you'll need to move ? And don't worry about any nasty surprises; inline with our 'Open and Honest Policy', we'll answer any question about rent rates before you decide whether to sell.
There are no fees, survey charges, commissions or hidden costs of any kind to sell your house. We even pay your legal fees in full when you use our recommended solicitors.
