QCFP have a franchisee network of local licensees operating in each case by a separate legal entity trading as Quick Cash for Properties under a license from QCFP. Where a licensee operates in your area, QCFP acts only as an agent for your local Quick Cash for Properties licensee when providing information on this website. Any contract that you make may be with a licensee and any services that are provided to you may be performed by a licensee in which case that licensee will have sole responsibility for its actions and for fulfilling its commitments to you and QCFP itself will have no responsibility or liability for any transactions, contracts or services that should be performed by that licensee. Any correspondence or contracts should make clear to you where applicable the licensee or legal entity that will enter the contract with you before you enter the contract. The words "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to the local licensee in your area or, if none, then to QCFP.
Registration of your details
To use our website or to register your details or fill in our enquiry forms or use our services you must be over eighteen years of age at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided by you at any time are correct and complete and you must inform us as soon as possible of any changes in writing, failing which you have sole responsibility for any resulting losses or issues for you.
