"QCFP" refers to Quick Cash for Properties Ltd, a company registered in Scotland with number SC302366 whose registered office is at Donaldson House, 97 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD.QCFP have a franchisee network of local licensees operating in each case by a separate legal entity trading as Quick Cash for Properties under a license from QCFP. Where a licensee operates in your area, QCFP acts only as an agent for your local Quick Cash for Properties licensee when providing information on this website. Any contract that you make may be with a licensee and any services that are provided to you may be performed by a licensee in which case that licensee will have sole responsibility for its actions and for fulfilling its commitments to you and QCFP itself will have no responsibility or liability for any transactions, contracts or services that should be performed by that licensee. Any correspondence or contracts should make clear to you where applicable the licensee or legal entity that will enter the contract with you before you enter the contract. The words "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to the local licensee in your area or, if none, then to QCFP.

All licensees and third parties process information and perform obligations relating to information and data requests on our behalf, and if any agreement with a licensee terminates, all information is transferred to us. If at any time in the future we sell, merge or close our business or enter into any joint venture or arrangement with another business, your information may be disclosed to the new owner or the joint venture partner.
We may provide your contact details to selected third parties for the purposes set out above and for relevant marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive any marketing or offers from third parties, please let us know in writing.
